Information to customers and suppliers
Information to customers and suppliers to process personal data according to article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree n° 196 of June 30, 2003 (Consolidated Act on Privacy).
The general and fiscal personal data acquired either directly and/or through third parties by Codutti s.p.a. - Via Bonavilla, 24 33037 Passons (UD), hereinafter the referred to as the Data Controller, is processed in hardcopy, electronic or telematic format for contractual and legal purposes and to ensure effective management of commercial relations.

The failure to confer the data, if not mandatory, will be assessed case by case by the Data Controller and determine the relevant decisions based on the relevance of the requested data compared to the management of the commercial relationship. Data can be communicated in Italy and/or abroad solely for the aforementioned purposes and hence processed only by other entities for said purposes to the following:

personal data and data relating to annual turnover can be communicated to public entities pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of Italian Legislative Decree n° 358 of July 24, 1992.
