Technical Commercial Specialist
Role description
We are looking for a Technical Commercial Specialist to join our headquarters in Udine for a full-time role. Main responsibilities include developing customized quotes for customers, providing technical support for the sales team during negotiations and managing specific requests for furniture projects. The candidate will also be involved in interpreting customer needs with a consultative approach and in managing constructive and long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Relevant technical skills, such as the ability to provide accurate technical support and understand technical specifications.
- Excellent use of Autocad 2d/3d software and any rendering programs such as Pconplanner, 3dsmax, Rinho, Skecthup.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions.
- Communication and Sales skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams and promote the company’s solutions.
- Ability to train customers and colleagues on products and services to ensure correct understanding of them.
- Knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, will be considered an advantage for international collaborations.
